The location of the apartment is fantastic, with great shops and restaurants just around the corner. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to Sloane Square metro, making it easy to access all the attractions in the area. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space.
The communication from the reservations team needs improvement. Guests have reported difficulties in reaching the team and receiving check-in instructions, leading to stress and confusion upon arrival.

Great location for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Attentive and obliging staff. Good value for location and time of year. Clean and modern flat with comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to local shops, supermarkets, and transportation options. Beautiful Sloane Square nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the underground and bus stations just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. I especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything I needed for cooking and dining. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my room was cleaned daily. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a small supermarket across the road and bike rental opposite the entrance. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
